FHP Group – owned by F2i SGR – following the press release published on 21 July 2025, announces that today, having fulfilled the conditions precedent set out in the agreement entered into, it has completed the acquisition of 80% of BuT, a company operating in the white and gray bulk goods logistics sector (fertilizers, iron ore, sodium carbonate, bulk goods for agricultural and industrial uses), boasting decades of experience in the handling of goods mainly destined for markets in the north and north-west of Italy.
Concurrently, the company is renamed FHP Terminal Savona.

Thanks to its 1,000 staff, every year the FHP Group handles around 10 million tons of goods in its ports and, with a fleet of over 55 locomotives plus more than 1,200 railcars, covers a distance in excess of 6 million km by rail throughout Europe.
